Rates and Contract
Period of Contract: The contract shall be valid for a one year , from the date of agreement subject to further extension with mutual consent on yearly basis. The contract may however be terminated by either party after giving one months notice.
Hours of duty: The duty hours shall be restricted to 8 hours in shifts and security Staff will be given one day weekly off. However , if their services are required or needed beyond duty hours or over night stay, it shall be borne by the client. As a statuary requirement , the reliever shall have to be provided over and above the deployed strength. Any member of Security Staff shall be replaced immediately, if found unsatisfactory. The duties shall be carried out as per instruction of the security officer / designated official of concerned institutions/RWA/organization . Constant check would be carried out by the supervisor/ Field Officer.
Accommodation :Security Staff de3puted at particular premises normally have their own accommodation etc, to facilitate the staff and to improve their working atmosphere, it is ensured that they are posted at the sites easily approachable from their place. This aspects is, however, left to the best advantages of the clients.
Rotation of Personnel: Rotation of Security has its own merits and demerits. Security Staff is normally rotated as a matter of policy and in consultation with the clients. One person at one place for a longer time tends become friendly and hence lax and therefore becomes venerable to security.
Direct Enrollment: Our client shall not take any direct employment during the tenure of the contract with our personnel
Cash Transaction
Mode of Payment: payments are to be made by A/C payee cheque on or before 5th of each month. No transaction shall be made with any of our Security Staff expect official so appointed to collect cheques.
Complaints
Complaints if any , may immediately be directed to our office in writing or made-over to our visiting officer for taking remedial measures.
The security personal will guard the premises to the best of their ability. The or the area to be made over the protection by each individual or group shall be such as can be protected successfully by person or group of persons doing his /their work honestly and efficiently and in the circumstances in the physical and procedural security for the efficient performance of the duty by the guards by providing the premises with wall/ fencing , where ever required , issue of identity cards etc.
We shall ensure efficient performance of duty by our Security Personnel with view to safeguarding the interested of our clients. However. We not be responsible for any damages caused due to floods , dacoity, robbery, fire etc .,which are beyond the control of the security Guards. Nevertheless, our interest in securing the interest of the client will not be lacking inany way as our reputation depends on the clients satisfaction.
