VIGILANCE & INVESTIGATION MANAGER: Sh.C.K. Sethi, Comdt.,(Retd)& D.S Pathania Dy.Comdt.(Retd.) the agency is having its own Pvt.Detectives, Vigilance investigation team under the supervision of Sh.C.K.Sethi Dy. Comdt. (retd.) an Ex Officer -BSF ,served with intelligence Branch and other Int . Agencies Sh. D.S. pathania the police background with it,s detective team (all ex police) are very well effective to handle the cases of pilferage, theft and shadown follow ups . Snuffer Dogs are pressed into action by the team , whenever required in the case of the theft etc.

TRANING: All the guard are being trained at the Trg. Center Badshapur , under supervision of S.P.Nirala DY COMMANDANDT-Retd and Subedar -Ram Niwas Yadav. The guards are given training , miniume for 136 periods and are taught , First Aid , Fire Fighting , Maintenance of register/ records, searching of persons/ material , parking of vehicles , regulating of traffic , control of clock room and quick reaction training , in case of natural calamities. The agency enroll 50% ex -service -men for duties , 50% civilian with minimum 5.6" height , sound mind and good health , minimum qualification is 10th standerd.

• For this purposes every site -in charge is provided with one mobile phone which is always available at the site (with minimum10 gaurds at the site
• Wireless Sets/Hand sets are provided with deployment of 20 Plus Guards in N.C.R. only .
